The annual Greek Festival of Sydney celebrated it's 30th birthday in February 2012, and launched it's celebrations with a quality line-up of live entertainment at Darling Harbour.
Participants were invited to contribute to the creation of a 2500 piece mosaic mural, Koukouvagia - Boobook, based on a drawing by NSW Indigenous Artist Danielle Sullivan.

The free mosaic workshop held at a 'pavillion' in Tumbalong Park at Darling Harbour, was facilitated by MASS Director Nola Diamantopoulos and Indigenous Artist Danielle Sullivan, and supported by Tali Gallery.

The completed mosaic will be presented to the Greek Orthodox Community Nursing Home by the Festival Committee.
