Throughout 2011 - 2012, noula diamantopoulos taught the mosaic elective class that was run at Sydney College of the Arts, as a course offered in their undergraduate visual arts program.

March 2011 was the first time mosaics had been offered at university level, where students could fulfil their University of Sydney elective requirements as part of their Bachelor of Visual Arts degree.
